| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I recently purchased a new 2004 toyota camry solara convertable. when the top is up the two rear seat headrests block visability out of the rear veiw window by at least 60%. the rear window is small to start with, limiting visability, the headrests really compound the problem. i contacted toyota corp about the possible removal of the headrests. their response was that the headrests were fixed and could not be removed. i believe this is a design flaw and a valid safety issue, the reason for my e-mail. *ak |
