| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On four separate occasions, first in january 2004, and most recently on may 24, 2004, my 2004 honda odyssey lx lurched violently, causing driver and passengers to be thrown forward. driver was able to maintain control of the car on all occasions. on each occasion, the car was traveling approx. 40 mph. despite two visits to two different honda dealers, nothing is being done to fix this problem. american honda corp. also refuses help. driver of the vehicle fears that a serious accident could result if the car is traveling on the highway when this lurching occurs. *ak |
