| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Air conditioner condenser cracked just after the 50,000 mile mark. this car has been driven conservatively in non-extreme conditions with regular checkups. it cracked completely on its own without any help from myself. it was only a matter of a few days before the cold level inside went from cold to hot. the repair required the replacement of the condenser which proved to be very costly for me; $850.00. neither the dealer or pontiac customer service offered any help for my situation even though i was informed by the dealer that this problem is very common with azteks.*ak |
