| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tachometer, speedometer and controls on the steering wheel have ceased working, and i was told that the clockspring needs to be replaced. 1996-1998 chrysler town & country minivans were recalled for this problem in a similar mileage range, and i see numerous complaints on this website for the same problem with 1999 models. because it is real safety issue that hasn't been corrected after the recall period, the 1999 models should also be included in the recall.*ak |
