| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This car seat straps are consstantly being tangled and makit very differcult to get a tight fit . my 1yr old daughter can move the chest buckle down and get her arms out. this can not be safe and after reading the number of complaints it can not be something i am doing . there for i am going to call the company and demand a replacement i have two of these car seats alpha omega and the eddie bauer. *ak |
