| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 dodge caravan with 49000 has a cracked frame. i have never had a collision in this vehicle. the car is unsafe to drive. my vehicle has only been serviced by dodge since bought in dec 2001. dodge referred me to an auto body shop for repair, and said if repairs were expensive to turn the car over to my insurance company. i emailed dodge and they replied that because my vehicle is over 3yrs old or 36,000 miles i am not covered.*ak |
