Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: (1) normal operation of vehicle led to failure(s) [ i count each time the airbag light comes on when it is not supposed to as a separate failure-my count is approximate]. (2) the clock spring assembly in my minivan operates intermittently and thus my airbag (so i'm told) and horn also operate intermittently. i've had some close calls becase the horn does not work; thankfully i've not needed the airbag to deploy. (3) i learned today, to the cost of a diagnostic charge, that the dealer and manufacturer are unwilling to repair under recall b24 as my chrysler voyager is a 1999 model. *ak
