| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The cable that holds the spare tire under my truck broke while driving. i happened to look in my rearview mirror and saw my spare disembark from the truck rolling down the road. fortunatley i was travel on a lightly used road and there was no one behind me. can ony imagine what may have happened if it occurred on the freeway. i currently have it in for repair and am told at my cost. ford should own up to this flaw before someone is seroiusly hurt. *jb |
