| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Please note an error on my part entering data into odi #10073098: in the description, replace "/pwr. steering failure" with "cruise control failure". i incorrectly typed 'pwr. steering' in probably because i was so enraged that i had to pay the dealer one day's pay to fix their (christler's) problem that is an obvious defect and should not be my responsibility. is the $240.00 i paid to them the penalty the average consumer must pay to account for their engineering defects and ignorance? or is the real penalty the potential loss of my or one of my family member's lives for driving defective junk? . *ak |
