Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My 16 month old daughter is able to lift the cloth seat cover off the arms of the triumph evenflo car seat and pick at the styrofoam beneath. she picks off pieces and puts them in her mounth - a clear choking hazard. i have contacted evenflo cs on two occasions and was told there is nothing that can be done except to buy the replacement styrofoam inserts. the car seat is only 6 months old!*ak
