| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The high beam has a single halogen light for both settings. when switching from low to high beam the light fails to project far ahead . this reduces extended visibility as needed for the high beam. dealership stated that they were unable to make observations due to business hours in order to correct the problem. *ak with a single halogen bulb, when switching from low beam to high beam, the low beam element goes out and no longer works resulting in a dark sensation ahead of the vehicle because the high beam light is further out and is too dispersed. high beams are unusable in this condition.
