| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer stated when she attempted to use her child safety seat, the red button did not lock properly. she stated that she was glad that she did not place her infant in the seat, because the doll that she had in the seat, fell to the floor. the consumer stated that she purchased the child safety seat in early 2002. she stated she has a graco model # 8470 bug made in 12/3/2001. *jb the consumer would like the seat repaired properly or replaced. *nm |
