| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased the auto vent visors for my 1997 ford explorer. i installed the front and rear visors exactly as described in the installation instructions. the rear visors failed to close properly and pushed the entire window channel upward. i had to go to a specialty dealer and was charged $10. the product did not perform as stated by the company. i called their customer rep and she stated repeatedly that they do not deal with consumers and ship in bulk to authorized dealers. the dealer stated that the rear visors have to be filed down in order to work properly.*ak |
