| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Recently took my truck in for routine tire rotation and alignment and i was told that my parking brake was wore out. i only have 55,000 miles on my truck and i have never used the parking brake. i was told that it was common wear by the dealer and gmc customer service will not do anything either. if it has to work to pass inspection then it should be a saftey issue. i was also told by the service tech that it is very common for theses trucks and he thinks the cable is too short and the brake wears going down the road. *ak |
