| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought my tribute in february 2001 and in april 2004 the inside driver side door handle malfunctioned. when i attempted to open the door from the inside, the door handle would not work. i took my tribute to the dealership and paid to have this fixed. in july 2004 the same situation occurred to the front passenger side door. after two occurences, this is obviously a defect considering the vehicle is three years old. i am concerned about my family's safety in the tribute because you can not open the door from the inside. *ak |
