| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1-at low speed braking (3-5mph), the anti lock brake system causes the peddle to pulsate and groon. several times the system just gave up and allowed the vehicle to slide into intersections, before stopping. 2-no consequences yet 3- took 2001 yukon xl to local gmc dealer, for service. dealer report was left front hub assembly was heavily corroded. front rotors were rusty and needed to be cut, rear rotors were rusty and needed to be cut, also rear pads need replacement. vehicle has only 26,000 miles. vehicle was not repaired at this time, feeling there is a safety issue with the hub assemby and replacing other parts are not totally necessary. *ak |
