Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was riding my motorcycle about 45 mph and hit a pot hole when the frame holding the rear suspension broke! droping the rear end down to almost touching the ground. i was able to maintain control of the bike but had i been making a turn a crash would have happened. honda says it would repair the damage by sending the bike back to the factory, but it has been as of now still at dealer for 6 weeks with no results. i cannot seem to get honda to give me any answers as to when the repairs will be made. to me totally unacceptable for a major safety issue. *ak |
