| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Inspection of tire fr410 p215/70r15.*mr the consumer experienced a tire blow out, however the inspection showed the tire had a puncture in the tread area. the puncture damaged the tire and allowed moisture to contaminate the steel belts which caused a break down in the rubber and steel adhesion. the break down in the adhesion caused the detachment. the consumer believed the tire defect was due to a manufacturing defect. *jb |
