| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was driving a rental car in austin, texas. it was a 2004 chrysler pt cruiser. i was able to push down with my right elbow and unbuckle the 3-point seatbelt simply by pushing down with the point of my elbow, the button was depressed and the tongue latch popped out. this means that when jostling around in a rollover, this seat belt can unlatch and is therefore defective. i was not hurt in this. *jb |
