| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Power doors consistently fail to operate properly. passenger side sliding door opens while driving and, often, cannot be shut manually. the last visit to the dealership, 2 days ago, they informed us they would replace some of the door parts. despite 'fixing' the problem, the door will not shut at all and the dealer replaced the sensors so it no longer buzzes when the door is open. this is a severe problem. van has been in 12x for this problem. driver side sliding door often does not open at all. *ak |
