Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2000 nissan xterra that i have had no complaints about since i purchased it in august of 2001. my wife and i currently rolled 55,000 on the odometer. last week when i got into my truck after a long day at the office my driver side window would not roll down. due to the warm weather i leave my windows half way. it rolled up fine however would not go down. today while researching "how to take off my door panels". i came across dozens of complaints with people all over the us experiencing the same problems . some people have had to replace all 4 of the window regulators before their warranty has expired. i want to know if nissan is going to take any action on this and send out a recall to help out the people who truly believe they purchased a good reliable vehicle for their family. i dont think i need to spend another $400.00 on something that they should have made right in the first place. thank you. *ak |
