| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Hood latch failure. hood popped open and smashed the roof on my truck. first daimler chrysler said they would not cover it because i recieved a recall notice (which i didn't) and also the place that i had the recall fixed to begin with will not fix my vehicle. i have had this hood latch replaced once already in june 2001 ( or so i thought) when the hood blew open the first time.*ak |
