| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1. the events leading up to the failure of the evenflo titan with tray shield model #3661311p1 manufactured in 1-28-03 was just regular use.*ak 2. the failure was the tray shield disconnecting at the joint at the top of the seat. the manufacture was contacted and would not replace since it was over 90 days from purchase. would only give customer 25.00 to purchase a new seat. 3. the shield was reattached by the customer but seems to be weaker than the other side. customer bought a new seat. i am a tech that is reporting for customer. her name is [xxx]. phone [xxx] i am not certain of the exact date the car seat broke. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr |
