| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We were transferring our daughter's baby car seat from one car to another. when we put it in the other car, the front of the car seat fell forward totally separated from the back. after investigating, we found that multiple parts were missing from the back of the carseat which we found lying in the grass. these parts included, the positioning bar, springs, a large plastic piece and screws. obviously if there had been an accident, even a slight one, our daughter's safety would have been in jeopardy. we called the manufacturer customer service department. they asked us to box up the carseat as they had not had any similar complaints and wanted to investigate the problem. they offered to send a new carseat as replacement.*ak |
