| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated that he is having problems with his convertible top on his vehicle. he stated that it kept on rattling. also, it has been happening since vehicle was purchased in september of 2000. he stated that the top has been repaired and replace 4 times, and now it is in need of a repair or replacement again. he also states that his dealer told him that they will not repair his top again, because it is nothing they can do about the rattling noise or anyway they can prevent the material from coming apart. he also said they told him that by doing his roof again, that they cannot make any money. *la |
