Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Black smoke came from underneath the hood from the 1999 chrysler sebring.*mr there was no indication of any malfunction on the dashboard gauges or dials. the consumer was able to pull off the road and onto the shoulder before the vehicle caught on fire. the fire destroyed the radiator and cooling system. the insurance company declared the vehicle totaled. the consumer believes the manufacturer should be responsible for providing her with another vehicle. *nm
