Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with vehicle's brakes, headlights and overheating. *mr the heater did not work, the vehicle was difficult to place in reverse,the heater was remedied but the service dealers were unable to fix the rear gear, the consumer later found that the four wheel drive gear seemed to be stuck in four wheel drive( the consumer was told that the four wheel drive was unable to be changed), the front end had become misaligned, the four wheel drive needed fluid but was unable to due to a fill screw being worn down, the consumer found that the four wheel drive had been placed together incorrectly, and the vehicle need four 02 sensors and possibly a catalytic converter, the parking brake did not hold, the brakes squealed, and per service dealer, the lights remained off and could not be diagnosed due to a relay. the consumer requested reimbursement. the consumer also had a concern about a kia sportage in which he purchased from the same dealer as the suzuki. the kia sportage regularly overheated and was traded for the suzuki. *sc |
