Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I own a 1998 chevrolet astro and the windshield wipers are not working properly. i have checked on the internet to see if there is any recall on this issue and found out that there is not. i have contacted a local chevrolet dealer and they told me that there is no recall for this issue. they also told me that it would cost about $140 to fix this issue. however, there is the recall for the same issue for the 1995 to 1997 models. think the 1998 model should also be recalled by the manufacturer since the issue is obviously the same as the other model and i am sure that i am not the only one who has the same issue with the 1998 model.*ak
