| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Around 4/30/04 you sent us a vehicle owner's questionnaire. we filled out the forms and sent them back to you, but have not had a response back. the brake actuator piston & the pump-motor assembly have a lifetime coverage, but chrysler want us to pay for other parts not necessary to get more money from us. we believe if these two parts are replaced the brakes will work fine. big a brakes agree with us, but we have not been able to get chrysler to fix the brake problem. we would like a response from you so we know where we stand on this situation.*ak |
