| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: There was no warning. i was luckily in a parking lot and when i started my car the engine was racing. i turned it off and restarted and the same thing happened, i tried to engage it in gear (hoping it would resolve the problem) and i could not stop the car. i used the emergency brake to stop the car and had it towed to the dealership. i was told the vacuum hose had a leak and was replaced, however my bill said it was "loose and was tightned". approximately 2 weeks prior to the incident i had my brakes repaired and i feel that the technition probably did not attach this correctly and i am lucky i was not driving the car!*ak |
