| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The abs brakes were used for the first time this past winter since i have owned the truck. after they came on, the pump never shut off even after i shut the truck off at work. i had to pull the abs fuse in order for the hydraulic pump to shut down. two chevrolet dealers have told me that i need a new computer component (module) and pump that is only sold together. the cost for parts and labor will be over $1,000. as of now, the abs light and parking brake light are on and i do not have the funds to fix this. |
