| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle did not have an outside key door lock on passenger's side. consumer was unable to enter the vehicle from the outside passenger door. dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem. *ak the consumer went to put child in the vehicle and noticed the power locks did not work and could not open the passenger door from the outside. the consumer had to open the passenger side door from the inside by reaching over and unlocking the door. the consumer took the truck to the dealer and was quoted a price of $350.00 to install power locks. the consumer feels she should not have to pay since she preferred manual locks in the first place. *tc |
