| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer took vehicle to the dealer for a tire rotation, and was told that the rotors were eating up the brake pads. dealership repaired the braking system by resurfacing the rotors and providing new pads. however, because of the steel being used the rotors will continue to eat up the pads, and this operation will need to be resolved every 10,000 miles. manufacturer stated that the climate where consumer lived was the reason why the problem occurred. *ak |
