| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated that while driving at about 65 mph right rear wheel broke off at the lugs: nuts, and rolled about 3-400 feet into the woods. consumer was lucky that no one was injured. he called the manufacturer, and was told by one person to have a nice trip, and hung up. consumer called again and a complaint was taken, and then was told that the complaint would be routed to the necessary and proper personnel. also, was told that they suspected that trailer was overloaded, but it was not. the first person that consumer spoke with at the manufacturer told him that this problem happened 6 times in the last month with other people. *ak |
