| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I noticed noise in the front end of my 2003 dodge durango and found that i had movement in my upper right ball joint, so i pointed this out during my annual safety inspection at the dealer. both upper ball joints were found to be worn out during the inspection. the truck has only 28,000 miles on it and is driven a mix of highway and local driving....no off road use. the repair was covered under warranty. *jb |
