| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am a police officer with mount pleasant police department in westchester county, new york. while attempting to install a cosco alpha omega, model# 22-155-hmr, in the rear facing position the car seat would shift out of the recline position anytime pressure was applied to the seat. i placed the seat in the fully reclined position, applied pressure to compress the vehicle seat, and the car seat would shift out of position. i was unable to install the seat properly due to the problem. *jb |
