| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The front and back bumper are not the same color as the rest of the car. there are also defects with the overall paint finish - there are dark blotchy spots. the vehicle warranty handbook calls the condition "chemical paint spotting." the new car limited warranty covers the overall paint finish, but the gm representative says that although they are aware of the problem, they will not do any repairs. i was charged $995 [under options installed by manufacturer] for this white diamond paint finish.*ak |
