Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 1995 chrysler cirrus is continually downshifting into 2nd gear and stays there. i have tried to have it fixed and to no avail. the solenoid pack was replaced twice and this did not solve the problem. this was a costly "repair" that accomplished nothing. i even got a second opinion from an independent mechanic and it was in error also. this is a very dangerous defect that is evidently being experienced by many chrysler owners. *ak
