| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Braking problem. my 03 e 350 has been back to dealer many times to have the braking pulleing repaired and as of today 8/31/2004, 9600 miles on the truck it still pulls. today the truck was looked over by a ford rep. for there final inspection of the truck to repair the problem. the truck has not been fixed, and i was told that it was the nature of the truck to pull you into oncoming trafic or into the curb when brakeind and this is not a defect. the rep tested two other new trucks in the lot and told me they also pulled when braking and this is how they came to the conclusion that it is the nature of the truck to do this, and that it was not a problem. i was told to drive the other new trucks to see that they also have the same problem.*ak |
