| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with tire equipment deflating.*mr while attempting to back out of a garage the vehicle would not move. the consumer then heard a tremendous noise followed by hissing. the consumer exited the vehicle and noticed that he driver's side front tire was deflated. it was later determined that the strut and spring had snapped puncturing the tire. the vehicle was towed to a local repair facility to be repaired. the consumer requested reimbursement but was told that since the vehicle was not towed to a ford dealer the parts could not be guaranteed. *nm |
