| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dealership to help consumer correct the transaxle floor shifter ignition park interlock.*mr the consumer had a bad experience while attempting to have the vehicle's recall work done at the dealership(recall # 04v021000). the dealer indicated that the recall work could not be done on a saturday therefore the consumer made eventually able to made a saturday appointment but when she arrived her appointment was not recorded. the consumer was then told that the minimum wait was 2 hours to have the vehicle repaired. the consumer refused to wait two hours. |
