| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with child seats during an accident.*mr during an accident the child seat became disconnect from it's base which was still snugly secured with the seat belt. the child seat ended up in the lap of the four year old secured in a booster seat. the impact caused the toddler to hit his head in the infant car seat. the infant was still secured in the car with 4-point harness. the infant was not injured. the seat was properly installed by a certified child safety seat technician.
