| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving there was a loud popping noise then smoke started coming from the rear of the truck. this occurred after the factory spare tire was installed by a volvo road side assistance repair service. consumer wasn't' able to control the vehicle, it felt like the truck was being driven on an uneven pavement, and the spare tire wasn't gripping. when the service representative was called he indicated that this size tire shouldn't be used on this truck. the truck had to be towed to the dealership. the cause of the smoke had yet to be determined.*ak |
