| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased gasoline from shell oil company some three months ago the fuel was defective................. apparently it had too high of sulpur content in it............................ it caused damage to my fuel guage as well as my fuel pump. and my entire electronic fuel sensors. as well as my fuel injectors.................. i repoteted it to shell they have a 1800 number set up...... but no one answers it all they have is a recording they sent me a letter from; shell oil company p.o. box 2463 houston texas 77252 i wrote them back but with no reply>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> i do have a complaint number it is 6310769076 can you be of assistance??????????????? it total cost of my repairs was 500.00 |
