Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased my gmc envoy with 17,000 miles a year and a half ago. since purchase, my radio has had to be replaced twice because the cd player stops working. since the last time it was replaced which was about 6 months ago:my cd player has stopped working again. the delaer says that since my vehicle is out of warranty, i will have to buy a new radio. i do not understand this concept because the radio has a year warranty on it. this is ridculous because this will be the third radio and the car only has 45,000 miles. am i going to have to replace my radio every 15,000 miles? the type of radio that i have is a bose 6 disc in-dash cd radio. can you please help me? i have had so many problems with my dealership and this vehicle that i will never buy another one. i need some professional advice. thanks.*ak |
