| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My complaint is against the graco carseat, in particular model #8489. the double chest clip can easily be opened by my son. it took him a few attempts and he was just 17 months at the time. graco replaced the clip with the exact same one. he is able to open that as well. graco's response was that "they should be easy to unlatch." i think this is very unsafe |
