| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1994 jeep cherokee, door hinge manufacturing defect. there are two tsbs and a closed investigation concerning sagging door hing. my driver door upper hing sagging, weld is broken and now the hing plate is breaking away from the frame causing the door to sag and not close properly. chrysler told me to take it to the dealer but that i would have to pay for the repair due to warrenty expiration. this is a known mfg defect. shouldnt they be required to repair the failure?. *ak |
