Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2000 chevrolet, express conversion van side cargo door hinge of the rear door rusted, causing the door to fall off the vehicle. the secondary door is rarely used and became difficult to open and close when used. oil was used on several occasions to loosen the sticky hinge. the hinge design does not meet fmvss standard 206 requirements for door retention components.*ak
