| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2002 lincoln towncar at 51200 mile i discovered that the door hing on the drivers door caused the door to make noise when you opened and closed it.i discovered the the door hing was defective. i fear that the door may come open if i hit a bump. the car has never been wrecked or mistreated. this is clearly a factory defect and lincoln said they will do nothing about it. |
