| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased the vehicle in february of 2003. the vehicle was new with less than 100 miles. at approximately 15000 miles the vehicle began making a rubbing noise whenever driven over any bump. took vehicle in to dealer and he informed me that it was the upper ball-joints. he then proceeded to order the wrong part. after a week the correct part finally got installed and the noise was no longer present. dodge from top to bottom has lost my confidence not to mention my business. |
